God wants you to take your next
step spiritually. That could mean getting baptized,
committing to take time to dig into the Bible on a daily
basis, or maybe God wants you to see what His word has
to say about why you exist. New Life’s CLASS system
is all about those next steps.
As you begin to explore the
purposes of fellowship, discipleship, ministry,
evangelism and worship you’ll discover how God uniquely
and completely designed you for His family. And how god
can use you – yes you – to bless the world around you.
These four (soon-to-be-five)
fast-paced and informative classes will start you on a
journey of a lifetime. These classes were wrote
with you in mind. Through a system that breaks down
your walk with Christ into a series of applicable steps,
CLASS has made spiritual growth available to everyone.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Imagine a baseball diamond. At
first base, our membership class, you’ll get the
foundation of our CLASS series. Then head to second
base, where you’ll find the tools to develop a closer
relationship with God. Then third base, you’ll begin to
see how God specifically SHAPE’d you for ministry
(Spiritual gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality and
Experience). As you head for home plate, CLASS 401 will
help you discover your life’s mission of sharing God
with the world.
HOW TO GET STARTED?
Start by going to first base
(CONNECT – 101). Home runs always start by rounding
first base. All the bases are run in order and we don’t
want to leave anyone on base.

Membership Introduction to our Church Family
You were designed to be a part of
a church family. And that’s exactly what New Life is
intended to be – your family. A healthy family has
common beliefs, purposes and commitment. That’s why at
New Life we want to share with you what we believe and
where we’re going.
God wants all of us to grow in
fellowship, discipleship, ministry, evangelism and
worship. It’s by balancing those five purposes that we
truly live out God’s plan for our life. More than
anything else, the New Life family wants to come beside
you and watch you grow in all five of these areas.
CLASS 101 is our basic
introduction to our church family and is designed to
clearly explain who and what our church is. The CLASS
is broken into four sessions covering: Our Salvation,
Our Statements, Our Strategy and Our Structure. At the
end of the CLASS there will be an opportunity for you to
decide whether to complete the process by filling in
your information on the Membership Application or to
wait and decide at another time. No pressure
whatsoever, we want you to be comfortable with whichever
you choose. If you decide that New Life is not where
God is leading you, we’ll be happy to help you find
another church.
MEMBERSHIP DEFINED:
After completing the requirements
for membership:
Accepting Jesus Christ as savior;
Baptized by immersion after salvation;
Completion of CLASS 101; and
Signing of the Membership Covenant, people
join our church family. (Eph. 2:19)
It is our joy to welcome new
members into the New Life family. We do this by giving
them a signed Certificate of Membership containing the
Covenant which all New Life Church members abide by.
Once people have joined our church family, we offer many
different ministries to help make a big place small.
This is where people begin to connect with their church
family, deepen their relationships, and change their
lives!
